Our monthly classes are engaging and helpful for everyone who never meditated before and for those who want to deepen their meditation skills.
Every class includes breathing techniques to calm our mind and prepare for deeper Meditation; chanting to clear the internal talking; guided Meditation and sharing talk.
Every time you may find something new for yourself and learn some new skills.
Our Meditation classes offer teachings from Yogi’s wisdom to help everyone develop a more peaceful mind.
Everyone is welcome. No previous experience is required.
