That was over 2 hours of learning different Yogic asanas and techniques designed for the specific issues regarding women's health. Selection of poses are based on studies and researches done by different Yoga centres and medical institutions.

Yoga and Meditation day retreats
Happened twice every year on Fridays in April or May and November.
Relaxing day out was strated with delicious spicy chai in the morning, followed by the Yoga class; in Junewe were learned how to cook vegetarian dishes and had lunch and in November we went through 2 Yoga classes. Free time was be followed by meditative practices. Day passed very quickly and we rounded it by the cup of fresh herbal tea and delicious Halva.

That was beautiful day out, away from regular routines and activities. 2 hours of Yoga in the morning were fun and challenging with different variations of asanas, partner and group postures.
Our lunch was healthy and delicious and our host shared their recipe book with us.
Free time after the lunch passed quickly and then we had long 1.5 hours of meditative practices. We left the retreat refreshed and rejuvenated.

This was a great “run-away-from-city-and-busy-life-style” adventure filled with fun and joy, Yoga and Meditation, luxurious treatments and relaxation. Plus we have had an opportunity to ground and center ourselves before Christmas craziness!

Kirtan with Swamini Nikhileshwari Devi of Bhakti Yoga.
Kirtan is a sort of meditative chanting of mantras and simple “songs” that are performed as a call & response.
Kirtan can help to clear the mind, clarify thoughts, release stress and leave you feeling centred & uplifted…It is also beautiful practice to attend and just enjoy!

Saturday Courses "Yoga For Back"
Already happened
This course was good for anyone seeking a cure for low back issues along with issues around hips. Emphasis was on strengthening core and muscles around vertebras; align hips structure and improve posture.
Remember, that healthy spine is a key to a longer life.

Saturday Course "Yoga For Healthy Knees"
Already happened
This course was good for anyone seeking cure for tired legs and weak knees. Emphasis was on relaxing and strengthening specific muscles to support joint structure around knees, ankles and hips and for the legs alignment.

The aim of that event was to give people ideas of how they can invest in themselves and find ways to achieve their personal wellbeing goals.
All practitioners were offering their services for free trial.
